How do I request a refund?

If you feel you require a refund, please contact our customer care department on (08453) 036 750 Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm or email us via our Contacts Form.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?

When your order has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you supplied in the ordering process. You will also receive a letter to the billing address confirming the details of your order.
